Beautiful home

We loved this place. Even better in person than the pictures. Gorgeous setting on Ocean Point in a quiet neighborhood. Very nicely appointed, it meets all your needs and when the thermostat acted up the property manager was quick to respond and provide space heaters until hvac could come the next morning. We highly recommend and will stay here again.

Nice location and house.

Great place for kids to play on rocks. Location was secluded from tourists. Freezer didn't work, but had travel cooler and made it work. Some high-school kids showed up for several hours horsing around near the public parking spots, but nobody got hurt and eventually left. We noticed many people had the exterior house lights on during this period, but all went off when they left. Interior is stunning. House was inspirational for a beach home. Overall, a bit pricey but feel we overspend on a lot so it's our own doing. Glad to have rented this place and probably will do it again.

The Best View Ever!

We stayed four nights as it was our first time seeing the coast of Maine. The weather was cold but that was the point, we wanted to experience this in the winter as that’s when it’s quietest :). Bottom line, we had the best time and truly relaxed as the home is exactly as you see! Though there was a terrible storm swell that hit the coast back in January, the house is unscathed and was in perfect condition. There is some road damage from the storm but you can easily drive and walk and just enjoy the beauty that is literally right off the front yard. Beds were amazing, super cozy, and the upstairs and crows nest are so cute! We will absolutely be coming back, thank you so much for opening your home to us!

Great Stay!!

Location and home on point w/ sweeping waterfront views!! Before checking in, I was concerned due to reading some concerning reviews before our visit. Fortunately, they were pretense reviews - those reviews should be ignored. We felt at home the entire time during our stay, the property was clean and my daughter loved the games shelf. We’re grateful that this property was available and had a great stay! Thank you!

This year was disappointing due to needed repairs

My husband and I have rented this house twice for extended stays. I concur with others, the location is amazing and if you love Maine as we do, this is a marvelous location. We believe this was a very fine home when it was new, however, it is becoming very very run down. We see that the management co has been promising updates for a while, but in the year since our last visit many things in the house have stopped working or are being neglected. The freezer is not freezing, cabinet doors falling off, missing kitchen equipment, etc etc. we finally went out and bought a Keurig because the old one stopped working. The house is very filthy: windows were so dirty we couldn’t see our, sofas are ready for the heap, the carpet (although very fine) is filthy. The ceiling stains are worse this year and moldy, showers need retiling bec of mold. This is all disappointing when the pictures are from several years ago, but arrive to find all these issues. We have reserved the house for 2 weeks and can’t get a refund to go elsewhere. All this and the rental rates and fees continue to increase. The management company is doing a horrible job with this place. Their “fee” was almost $1000 for next year, but I don’t have confidence that it will be better for another stay. When we texted them to let them know about freezer we never heard a word back.

Beautiful location

The property was in the perfect location. The house was perfect for our family, including a nice open kitchen and dining room table for meals. The property manager was available during the hurricane, which was very helpful! Would definitely book again.

A gem in need of attention

A well designed home with wow factor, mostly because of the spectacular location on the ocean. The house understandably shows wear and tear after seasons of renters and needs a lot of attention to the interior and exterior, including broken doors, windows and cleaning. We love this home and will return but hope that it gets the repairs and upgrades it deserves. It is a gem.
