Receptionists are rude. Noise from other rooms unbearable. Washroom horrible.never stay here again. Never recommend

Pas de literie pour le divan lit, alors que nous avions réservé pour 4 personnes. Attente interminable pour les obtenir.
Chambre n’était pas propre (beaucoup de poussière et tapis très sale).

La chambre étais pas propre même des cheveux dans la salle de bain
L’état de l’hôtel en général a besoin d’amour semble même à l’abandon ….

Mauvais rapport qualité prix

Ne pas prendre le pdj dans la réservation, c’est un comptoir starbuck et pour 17$ en plus de la chambre j’ai eu droit à un café et à un sandwich (pas bon)
Personnel au check-in très froid, très directif
Il y a un restaurant mais la nourriture est passable : Burger moyen et frites trop cuites
Salle de sport ok
Point positif : La proximité de l’autoroute

Horrible....
Publié le 22 août 2024 sur HotelsThe carpets look and feel dingy as if they haven't been shampooed in ages. The tops of furniture were covered in dust. The couch had an unpleasant smell. The large window was full of fingerprints and dust.The sheets were clean but the quilt was sandwhiched between two top sheets, which made everything get bunched up. Perhaps some proper duvet covers? Every time we rode an elevator the floors were filthy. Main entrance in front of hotel had everything from banana peels to coffee grinds all over the driveway. The Starbucks food items looked as if they have been there forever. The lobby furniture is so filthy, I didn't even want to put my luggage on it. This place needs a deep cleaning and new houskeeping manager along with it. Also, the shower door doesn't stay closed as it would roll open due to bad adjustment of the wheels. The ceiling in the bathroom has mildew and the paint is chipping/cracking.
