Great Townhouse

The only teeny tiny niggle is the check-out time of 10 am. 10 am doesn't give enough time to meet the check-out requirements, specifically to run the dishwasher and put all the dishes back. Assuming an hour 1/2 cycle that means everyone needs to be up and have eaten by 8:30am. I would suggest either changing check out to 11 am or removing the need for the renters to put the dishes away, but they should be washed through a full cycle in the dishwasher. It's minor and we didn't get to empty the dishwasher prior to leaving, so hopefully, the property manager understands.
