Do yourself a favor & DO NOT stay here!We were only staying for one day so we just chose the closet hotel to our family. Upon arriving, we noticed a potent urine smell coming from the room, while giving my child a shower, there was someone’s before us underwear hanging in the shower which is completely gross. Not to mention, the spiders & bugs in the bathroom. Worst place I’ve ever stayed. Never again!

Publié le 23 juin 2024 sur HotelsFor starters I walked in and the smell of old carpet hits your nose, I turned the lights on and there are roaches on the dresser even one crawling across the bed sheets I immediately started cleaning everything I wasn’t expecting to have so much dirt from cleaning but they obviously only do the basics my son feet was black from the dirt on the carpet we laid blankets down on the floor so they wouldn’t walk on the floor then the tv didn’t work until our last day they kept telling us it was the remote but wouldn’t provide a remote that worked. WiFi never connected to any of our devices thank god I brought my own hotspot. My kids said the bed was very uncomfortable to me it wasn’t so bad I like firm beds. While I was showering the knob fell off and the shower head is very outdated with hardly any water pressure great on hot water though my family of 5 was all able to shower back to back with no issues of running out of hot water. We were in town for a sports state tournament and all other options were booked up so we bought hella bug spray and cleaning supplies to try to help. Staff is really nice and offered to give us a refund but we couldn’t find anything else with openings.

First of all thank you so much for your review, and we apologize for inconvenience. We checked the room after the guest checked out and there were no roaches or bugs found. The tv and remote was also working fine. When the guest complained about the TV, we went in room and guest in the room said that its working fine and also they told us that we do not need any assistance since the tv was working fine. Also, the WiFi was working fine since no one else complained about WiFi. The guests had 5 people sleeping in 2 queen size bed and because of which it was uncomfortable for everyone to fit in the bed. There were 2 adult and 3 teenage kids, which is why we understand and the kids would have complained that the room was not comfortable. After all of this when the management found out that there was an inconvenience, we offered for refund next day morning, so they do not have to go through the inconvenience, but as they said they will be staying in room and there is no problem in room at all.

Asked for non smoking because of my kids and they put me in a smoking room non the less nothing worked the tv nor microwave or air conditioner worst hotel in East Dublin
