Staff very courteous all throughout the stay; good all inclusive package, quality of the food is excellent, close to the standard of a five stars. Very clean and well maintained facility.
The main drawback for this resort is the very abundabt seaweed all across the beach, which makes swiming in the sea impossible at this location. I think it is worst in the summer and certainly not like the pictures. You have to drive all across the island, 50 minutes, to get to a nice beach (7 miles beach). Good side of it is that the resort is in a very peaceful part of the island, outside the crowd.
Also, if you are in the Castaway building, beware of the roosters - it is througout the island, but there are more across this part of the resort; they may wake you up at 3:00 every morning.

Regarding your feedback on the seaweed situation, unfortunately, Florida, Mexico and the Caribbean in general including the Cayman Islands are currently experiencing a higher level of Seaweed flowing into our shores than usual. This happens sporadically throughout the year and it’s caused by various factors including wind, current and nutrient-rich waters at warm temperatures. Ongoing daily clean-up of the beach is increased during the occasional heavy influx of Sargassum by the resort team and the team does a very good job although it is challenging at times.

Positives were staff and the food.. however there was only one restaurant.. and the pools were too small and shallow therefore the water too warm.. the nightlife entertainment was not very good. For an all inclusive you had to go to the bar for drinks or food.

If you want a relaxing vacation, this is definitely the place. They only have one restaurant and one beach bar. One menu unless they have a special dinner night like seafood or Taco Tuesday but make sure you have reservations. Coffee bar and gift shop only open 7-3 daily. Beach bar closes down at 10pm. All inclusive packages available, one is basic and the other is premium which is the best. The downside is it’s 45 minutes from the airport. Nothing close by to do so you need a car and it’s on the East-End of the island. All the other hotels on the 7 mile beach don’t offer the all inclusive. So in the end, this hotel is worth it.

Right on the beach. With the storms coral was in the water. Coral little tough on the feet.
