Bayview Beach Flat - 1 min Walk to Beach

Cozy 1st floor apartment in a house that is steps away from the beach! Third from the water, the flat has 2 bedrooms, front porch with views of the bay, spacious eat-in kitchen, and large yard. The bathroom is very narrow. There are several neighborhood beaches within walking distance as well as the public beach at Goddard State Park down the road. Lots of great restaurants and shops to explore in Downtown East Greenwich.

This home has all the essentials and no frills: a large equipped eat-in kitchen, full bath, queen sized master bed (as well as a double bed and toddler bed in the second bedroom), and air conditioning. The bathroom is very small and narrow and may not be a good fit for individuals with mobility issues.

Private access to the first-floor flat with use of the porch and yard as well. The fire pit is shared with our guests at The Whaler's Inn next door. There is a bbq for guest use in the back of the house.

There are tenants upstairs. Please do not attempt to enter their apartment, the basement, or garage.
