The Hyatt staff was extremely courteous when we arrived late at 10 pm. Two hour parking is available nearby, enforced 8 am to 8 pm. Great room, clean and with more USB ports than we had devices. Awes

The hotel was clean and nice. However, the microwave didn’t work at all, which was inconvenient. I reported it, but they said it couldn’t be repaired because it was Thanksgiving.

The entire suite smelt like stale cigarettes. There were remains of ashes around the room. All bedding smelt like it had been exposed to smoke. No access to WiFi. When these issues were brought up to the front desk, the woman offered us complimentary snacks or drinks from their storefront in the lobby. On top of these issues, we were unable to check in at the designated time due to the room being cleaned and inspected. Clearly it was not. I will not be booking here again.
