Definitely not a four star hotel. The rooms were big and the ones with the sea view bad an amazing view. But the rooms had issues as it they needed maintenance. The main door lock was broken and one day we found the room open. It was not closing properly and even the new room we were moved to had issues with lock. The toilet seats were not stable at both rooms and both rooms cabin doors mechanisms were partially broken and do the doors were not closing properly. Some window blinds were again not closing properly. Overall you could find a lot of small issues that were a bit annoying and definitely were showing the lack of attention. We also had issues with the electricity one night going on and off every 1min and the next day due to apower cut off we didn't have water for some time after retuknf to the room from the beach. It was quite annoying. This was because of a fire but again I don't understand how they didn't have a power generator. We were not offered any refund, or even a drink or some sort of offering as an apology. The breakfast was at least average with nothing there being really fresh. No frsh orange juice, honey and jams all came in small plastic supermarket boxes. And also if you wanted any other coffee apart from a watery black coffee you had to pay for it. I don't know if these changes are recent but I would say that the hotel service and rooms don't reflect a 4* hotel and the price we paid.
