Definitely not a four star hotel. The rooms were big and the ones with the sea view bad an amazing view. But the rooms had issues as it they needed maintenance. The main door lock was broken and one day we found the room open. It was not closing properly and even the new room we were moved to had issues with lock. The toilet seats were not stable at both rooms and both rooms cabin doors mechanisms were partially broken and do the doors were not closing properly. Some window blinds were again not closing properly. Overall you could find a lot of small issues that were a bit annoying and definitely were showing the lack of attention. We also had issues with the electricity one night going on and off every 1min and the next day due to apower cut off we didn't have water for some time after retuknf to the room from the beach. It was quite annoying. This was because of a fire but again I don't understand how they didn't have a power generator. We were not offered any refund, or even a drink or some sort of offering as an apology. The breakfast was at least average with nothing there being really fresh. No frsh orange juice, honey and jams all came in small plastic supermarket boxes. And also if you wanted any other coffee apart from a watery black coffee you had to pay for it. I don't know if these changes are recent but I would say that the hotel service and rooms don't reflect a 4* hotel and the price we paid.

thank you for taking the time to share your overall impression following your stay in our hotel. We were sorry to learn that your experience didn’t match your expectations. However, we didn’t understand or weren’t informed about your overall disappointment, during your stay at the hotel.
As for the cut off due to the big fire, we feel obligated to thank you for your patience and understanding for any inconvenience that came up during your accommodation. Unfortunately, we all witnessed a unique situation due to the nearby fires. We assure that your health and your comfort have both been an issue of major concern of us. While our generator was not working properly, we suggested you to find another hotel for you to stay, as it was impossible to have it fixed due to the fact it was Sunday.
As for complimentary you were moved to our best and most expensive room of the hotel. that had not issues with lock as you are mentioning but your card key had been demagnetized for a reason (maybe you had put it near to your mobile phone).
Regarding your review on breakfast, we would like to add that our breakfast includes butter, honey and marmalade in individual packages according to safety measures against corona virus. Other than that, our breakfast is rich of traditional tastes in addition to bread, pastries, cheese, meat, yoghurt, olives, eggs (boiled, fried, omelets), handmade pies, fresh fruit, juices, milk, seasonal vegetables ,cereals, filter coffee, etc.

Unique, gorgeous small hotel in a stunning location. Very clean and comfortable, and the family/employees are friendly and helpful (and know how to find the best beaches!). Pictures and reviews do not do this place justice!

Ζεστή ατμόσφαιρα και λόγω των προσεγμένων εγκαταστάσεων αλλά και λόγω των ιδιοκτητών, ενός υπέροχου ζευγαριού και του γιου τους που έκαναν την διαμονή μας αξέχαστη γιατί απλά αγαπούν αυτό που δημιούργησαν και αυτό που προσφέρουν στους επισκέπτες τους. Publié le 30 mai 2018 sur HotelsExcellent breakfast, best place to relax, wonderful hosts and beautiful rooms and common areas. Highly recommended. Not a place to work if you need WiFi but enough for reservations, etc.
