Dear Rebecca,Thank you for staying with us and for providing your feedback! We are saddened by the rating you have provided which stems from your last experience with us as your previous stays have been comfortable. As noted earlier, with the phone systems out we weren't able to receive any external phone calls for a couple of days.you should be able to call the travel agency to receive the refund as the payment was collected by them and we haven't charged the card they provided. Hope you would give us another chance!

I've stayed here several times as a traveler and most of the time it's been ok. However, this most recent time they cancelled my ENTIRE reservation because they wouldn't answer the phone when I tried to call and let them know I would be arriving the next morning. So, after working a 12 hour night shift, I had to find a new hotel and hope they would allow me to check in early and put out another $300.00. The guy at the desk didn't seem even the slightest remorseful. Now, I can't even get ahold of them to approve my refund, which has been unsuccessful in the past.

Dear Rebecca,I'm very sorry you feel you had a terrible experience at our property. I do believe there was confusion with your reservation because our front desk agent noted that he had provided an option to reinstate your reservation, however it was declined by you. In addition, the agent wasn't able to pick up the phone because there was a problem with the phone system whereby no external calls were being received. As such, if you or the travel agency had been calling us to request a refund, we wouldn't have known. We do apologize for the inconvenience. The phone systems have been fixed and we havent charged the card provided by the travel agency so you should be able to call the travel agency to get your refund as they collected the payment from you. We appreciate your continued business. We hope you would give us another chance.Best,

Good room, low cost.

The room was nice. Loved that there was no carpet. The bathroom ceiling has some cracked paint. The need was a bit noisy when "not sleeping". The people at the desk were very friendly. Breakfast was hard boiled eggs, prepackaged little muffins, cereal, OJ, and coffee. I wish they had a waffle maker.

Staff woke us up with cleaning sounds at 12:30am. Some noisy neighbors but otherwise good folks around. Staff also helpful. Breakfast pretty spartan but decent.

The staff was excellent, friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the bathroom was very clean.
