Although the hallways were a bit out dated, the lobby and the room were updated and very nice. The beds also were very comfortable.. Great hotel for the price

Clean, Comfortable, Great price.
Publié le 15 août 2024 sur HotelsIt was exactly what I needed, a clean and comfortable bed, a refrigerator for my soft drinks, and a clean bathroom with a shower head that actually had some water pressure which is important for people like me who have very thick and heavy hair all at a very reasonable price. I am still waiting for my $100 hold to be removed, kind of thought that would have happened by now but hopefully I'll get that back soon.

Dear Rebecca,Thank you for staying with us and for providing your feedback! We are saddened by the rating you have provided which stems from your last experience with us as your previous stays have been comfortable. As noted earlier, with the phone systems out we weren't able to receive any external phone calls for a couple of days.you should be able to call the travel agency to receive the refund as the payment was collected by them and we haven't charged the card they provided. Hope you would give us another chance!
