For a simple stay (just need a bath and bed), the price is reasonable and Bed/Bath seems clean.
Breakfast option is poor thought.

Horrible stay

Just right for your buck
Publié le 6 oct. 2024 sur HotelsOur to-go-to -stay when in the area ; close to a lot of stores , Bradley university, room price is descent and the has welcoming staff ; rugs in the hallway is not at it’s best , the walls are thin so conversations and TV shoes can be heard if loud , but beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean for a good night’s sleep .

There is an ice machine in the lobby that gives a nasty smell, especially as you walk up the stairs. The windows in the room didnt close all the ways so the wind made noise as it came through.

We booked a king bed upstairs and was told there was no elevator to use so since we were already booked and we were there for business we agreed to a queen bed downstairs. The bed was not a queen (maybe a full), the room was small (the bathroom felt bigger), and they didn’t even have enough breakfast for us even though we got there with an hour to spare. It was not comfortable and it was in a bad area. Everytime we can back the staff were all smoking in the back and by the doors to enter.

I was impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel in general. While the building is not new, it looks as it has undergone a renovation of sorts. Polite staff, nice breakfast, super clean and convenient to area restaurants, shops, etc.
