The room was not properly cleaned there was huge dry blood stains on the quilt and sheets on one of the beds when we got there and there was still trash from the previous guest in the refrigerator. We had already driven 7 and half hours to get to the hotel and we were just dead tired and did not want to be bothered by having to reload the cart and move everything we had to another room. the housekeeper there at the time was nice enough to bring us new sheets and took the trash but I’m not sure who was assigned to clean our room before we arrived but your company definitely needs to retrain your housekeeping staff to make sure the rooms are cleaned before new guest arrive to their rooms. Other than that it was a ok stay I guess. I would definitely not make that place my first choice to stay and I would not recommend this location to anyone because now I feel like all their rooms will be dirty and I would never want anyone to have go through that experience ever again.
