Superb!
Posted Jul. 5, 2024 on HotelsSuper nice hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. We watched the 4th of July fireworks from our window on the 3rd floor. Wonderful display! Bailey and Sam were great at check in and very helpful. Couldn’t have asked for a more perfect stay.

Upon arrival they had changed our handicapped two standard beds to a non handicapped king suite room. We had three adults in our party - one being our older mother with low mobility. Very frustrating.

I do know we took 50% off your charge as a compensation. I know we discussed calling the front desk of the hotel directly with specific requests booked by a 3rd party.
