It was dirty! Somebody please deep clean the hallway carpets. Stains everywhere

The a/c wouldn’t allow us to turn it down and we asked and they said there was a cap on how low it could be. It was beyond hot in the room and could barely sleep, wouldn’t allow us to switch rooms since I didn’t book directly with the hotel.

Publié le 26 juill. 2024 sur HotelsWe had a good stay. The hotel lobby is very impressive. The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is located close to shopping and the highway, so it's very conveniently located. Overall my room was okay but the bed was not as comfy as I'm used to at an IHG and the housekeeping did not come to our room after we requested it and it was confirmed it would happen. We left for the day and came back to an unclean room. I called the front desk and they were very accommodating and brought up some extra towels but the extra towels were a bit dingy. When housekeeping came the following day they left some used bedding in a corner of the room and did not leave extra towels but did leave a note saying to reuse our towels. There was no complimentary water as I am used to in IHG hotels. I do recall upon check in the gentleman at the front desk inform me that this particular IHG was considered a boutique IHG. Not sure if this has anything to do with the services but I think it's worth mentioning. The undersides of the cushion on the sofa sleeper also had some minimal staining.
