Anniversary celebration
Publié le 20 août 2024 sur HotelsWe were very pleased with our stay. We ate in the restaurant and it was good. Service was wonderful. My only complaint would be the pillows seemed well used and could use some new ones. It was our 20th anniversary!

Restaurants were great but you had to walk accross the street to get to them, they're not in the hotel. That said, the Steak house food was delicious and our server Carla was fabulous! The hotel itself was ok, 2 elevators but only one working, the room & hotel was clean & neat, staff was very friendly. My only big disappointment was that there was no fresh coffee or condiments, only powdered cream and coffee out of a machine. Please set up a fresh coffee station especially since there is no restaurant in the hotel to go to without going outside. Thank you!

Needed to check in 1 hr early to attend a family gathering. Got told charge is $25 for any check in before 4pm. They were not busy nor sold out. Shower head pressure was so light could hardly feel it and it took longer to shower.

No food service. There’s only an evening bar and morning coffee on the premises of the actual hotel. Have to go to the casino building for food.
