Staff was horrible. Unprofessional and rude.
Breackfast included was a scam. Thay gave us a small muffin and bad coffee.
Sraff from entrance to cafeteria was not polite. We schedule a toom with pet on expedia and paid for everything but when we arrived there , the front desk lady requested more fees and taxes.

Hello Valentina, I am so upset to hear what you said about our staff. I sincerely apologize, we have a wonderful staff and usually go out of our way to make all our valued guests as comfortable as possible. Yes, you are correct that there is an additional pet fee, If you had looked on the Expedia website under policies you would have been able to view the addition pet fee and the policy regarding our pet friends. Since you booked thru them, we assume that you are familiar with their policies. The Wyndham Super Start Breakfast is not a scam it is meant to be a light start to your day. Wyndham has us provide fresh coffee, tea, choice of juice and 1 breakfast item. We actually provide 3, choice of muffins (usually 3 kinds), granola bars & dole fruit cups. And of course we also provide nice cold water. I hope this clears things up for you. We hope you decide to visit in the future. Our very best to you & your pet family. Kind regards,

Front desk and breakfast staff were absolutely lovely. Room was large, but bathroom wasn't well cleaned (hairs were present that weren't ours). Beautiful, quiet, nature-filled surroundings.
Biggest let-down was the "breakfast" which consisted of two types of miniscule pre-packaged muffins, two types.of granola bars, apple or orange juice (both tasted funky, like expired) and coffee or tea. We booked here since it included breakfast, but there wasn't enough in quantity nor quality.

Hello Clark, I am so glad that you found so many wonderful things, I sincerely apologize about the cleaning, We strive for the cleanest rooms, Our general manager has already started an investigation as we usually win awards for our clean rooms, this is not acceptable. In regards to Wyndham's Super Start Breakfast it is only meant for a light start to your day. Their breakfast suggestions are coffee, tea, choice of juice, and 1 breakfast item. We have prepackaged muffins ( different kinds) as many of our guests are travelers who like to take something on the road. The juice is poured fresh each morning. and we get the delivery each week, (however we will definitely check on your concern as we would never want to have anything that did not taste right). We also provide extra with 2 other item choices, dole fruit cups and choice of granola bars, But I do apologize if you thought it was going to be something different. We do value your business and your thoughts I will be forwarding this review to Wyndham as hopefully they will be able to incorporate some of your suggestions. Sincerely,

The property is old and outdated the furniture, bed and carpet are all old and dingy. The room smelled Musty.
