This hotel needs a very big sprucing up. Our room had a strong odor probably in rugs.

Staff was friendly and polite. Building and rooms are dated but very clean.

Worst hotel ever!

The lobby looked nothing like the photos online and the staff was not friendly. We had booked a non smoking room with two beds and a sitting area with a sofa based on the photoes shown but our room was absolutely nothing like the photoes. The minute you walked in there was an awful smell, like it had been smoked in and tried to cover it up. The room was OLD, small with no sitting area and not in the condition it stated. When we questioned it and expressed our dissatisfaction, the employees only argued and disagreed. All night we could hear everone and every little sound all around us because the walls were so thin. The amenities liated were not provided, such as an iron and iron board. This hotel is the old, run down (the carpet in the room was very dirty and patched) and a traveler's nightmare. Will never stay at a Super 8 again!

Hello Yvette, I apologize that your stay was not as you expected, however, you did not book our suite. The suite is the only room with an extra seating area and 2 queen size beds, and the sofa was replaced with a trundle day bed over 1 year ago. You may have not looked at all the photos or perhaps had a problem with your travel agency not updating the photos. Your reservation was booked thru the travel agency, not Wyndham. The reservation was for a standard room with 2 full size beds. The suite was not available. In the future, please make sure you are booking the room type that you want and please do not hold it against us for your misstep. From reviewing the situation, it appears that you seemed to be so upset from your not booking the room you wanted, that you may have taken our firm reply that we were not friendly. We are a friendly staff and do value you as our customer. In fact, Trinity went out of her way to attempt to make your stay a wonderful one. She offered to move you to another room of the same type you booked, she offered to have housekeeping come and correct anything that you felt uncomfortable with, but you had declined. We typically win awards for our hotel. The lobby is the same as in the photo except that the desk chair is now facing the other way. The iron and ironing boards are available upon request, we do not have them in the rooms. Yes, you are correct a hotel is not the same as staying in a private home, guests typically are understanding for any slight noise, but we also have a quiet time of 10 pm and we have representatives here 24 hours a day and would have addressed any noise concerns. Some of our furnishings are a bit older but we strive to maintain them and keep everything clean while we await our new updates. Please be advised that the carpet in the room you stayed in is not patched and was recently cleaned as we have a maintenance schedule to ensure that we keep things clean for all our valued guests. Again, there was an error regarding charging your card at check in, but it was immediately corrected and as I understand it, you acknowledged that we had a new person in training and as a trainer yourself, you know that sometimes minor mistakes happen. I honestly hope that you can get past the fact that you booked the wrong type of room than you wanted and try to stay at a Super 8 again. We wish you well, Kind regards,

Convenient to the highway. Great staff, very friendly. The breakfast could use more choices.

We slept well here. Small rooms but cozy. Shower backed up quickly but we survived. I thought there would be more of a choice for breakfast.
