• Rental Agreement & Pool Form must be returned with the primary renter's Government-issued Photo ID before arrival. Forms will be emailed 5 days before your check-in date.

• Kitchen is stocked with basic kitchen essentials such as Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Mugs/Flatware, etc. We do not provide food or fresh pantry items due to allergens risk to guests.
• Bed Linens: Each bedroom is prepared with fresh bed linens, pillows, comforters, and blankets. All of our mattresses & pillows are protected, and all linens are laundered with bleach/disinfectant laundry products. In addition, all bedding is covered in mattress and pillow protector coverings.
• Check-in: 4:00 PM / Check-out: 11:00 AM
• NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOME (only outside by cigarette disposal bins) All cigarettes/cigars must be disposed of in disposal bins. Renters will be charged $500 for any cigarettes thrown on the grass, decks, and/or the pool. Please help us keep things clean for everyone to enjoy!
• All garbage must be taken to the designated area and placed inside containers, for wildlife safety, no garbage can be left outside the home, or outside the designated garbage area at any time of your stay.
• The minimum age for renters is 21.
• Pets allowed only if approved - Pet fee is $99/pet
• An additional charge may apply for extra guests over 8 person count.
• Children are always welcome, but the Home is not child-proofed.
• By making a payment you are agreeing to our rental agreement.

Great simple vacation
This was perfect for us. Julie was easy to communicate with and provided us with what we needed. When we vacation we like to make it simple, spend most days at the pool, cook dinner, hang out. It was close enough to go to the stores without making it a days trip, but because it is tucked in the woods, you feel secluded from city life. It is the best of both worlds.

Great weekend getaway place for the family!
Julie could not be more generous with her time and in her response to any needs you have. With 4 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms upstairs and 2 downstairs everything is pretty well spaced out. Plenty of restaurants around the area to go too. Supermarket, coffee and bagel place within 2 mins of the house, and Momento Italian restaurant was a nice surprise! Cambleback is 20 mins away and Shawnee is 15 mins from this house.

Long Weekend Getaway
Several of us family members rented this home for a long weekend and had a great time. Hosts were extremely welcoming. Home was very quiet, very clean, comfortable and private with no visible neighbors. 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms is a plus and also the shower pressure is strong enough. The entrance to the town is about 5 minutes away which makes it very convenient.

Great time in the Poconos!
We had a wonderful time at this property. The owner was very helpful and responsive, and the property itself was just as advertised. Our children thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the adults had good use of the hot tub. It was a close ride to Kalahari for a day trip. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and can't wait to return.

Me and my girlfriends stayed here for a bachelorette weekend and had the best time! The owner was always available for any of our questions. The house was clean and perfect for what we needed. The location was great! We were 10-15 minutes away from the casino and restaurants. Pool and hot tub were clean and we love having both! Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Family rental
My friend and I took our kids to PA for Mother's Day weekend. We were 2 adults and 3 kids ages 16-14. My friend and her daughter arrived first and were my by Ralph who did the walk through, she said he was very nice and accomodating. It rained ALL weekend for us, but the house was perfect. Even with the rain we enjoyed the hot tub and hanging out on the back porch. We did bring a pop up tent, due to the rain, that we used over the BBQ and over the hot tub. We played Jenga and many many games of Foosball/basketball shots indoors. We loved having the view of the stream in the backyard. I wish we could have made use of the firepit, but the rain was relentless so we made smores in the fireplace instead. All the bedrooms are on the same floor which was great for us. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of extra blankets and pillows for everyone! We made all our meals at the house (bring your own tupperware/tin foil/plastic wrap for leftovers, they do not supply). We also made use of the washer and dryer during our stay. No complaints! The house did smell a little like a campfire when we first came in, but that's expected in a house with a fireplace (especially in the rain). We loved that the house was isolated with no neighbors. The kids played their music loud and we were singing all night in the hot tub. In the area, we visited Alvins Off Road Playgound and Bushkill Falls. All Fun Times! Check out was easy. I would definintely rent this house again - great location and no stress vacation.

This place was exactly what we were looking for! Hot tub, fireplace inside, and fire ring outside! We stayed when the pool was closed, and now we're making plans to come when the pool is open!! Off the beaten path, but close to supermarket and stores. The winding brook was great too!

Five high school friends…
Five high school friends had a great weekend away at a lovely house in the Poconos. Rooms were little smaller than the pictures showed but it was very cozy and intimate. Perfect for what we needed. Would plan on going in the summer When the pool is open

Pocono Getaway
Great location with lots of privacy. Even in the winter, the outside atmosphere is so peaceful with the creek running around the house. The bedrooms were roomy and it was so great having four full bathrooms. The property manager was nothing short of amazing, answering all of my questions and providing us with such a great house to get away! And the hot tub was a huge plus!
