J’ai payé mais j’ai du partir sans dormir tellement c’était bruyant

I would not rate double tree a single star.
First experience, on 18th Thursday checked in at 9.30pm and when we were about to sleep the bedsheets were dirty so I was told either I’ll have to change the bedsheets myself because there was housekeeping staff or change the room. With 5yr old and 2 yr old it’s not that easy to change it but somehow got a room with ok condition. (Pictures attached of the bedsheets)
Today it is our second time first of all @6am alarms, the housekeeping did not reset the alarm clock which is in the middle of 2 beds and then there is a parking lot construction which started @7am. (You are the manager so you would know what time the work would have started)
If I had an option to get full refund for the second stay AFTER my first night I.e. on 18th I would have canceled the reservation.
My first stay rooms were 212 and 218 and today’s stay room # is 754.

Bel hôtel, employés très gentils et serviables.
Cependant il sera dû pour un rafraîchissement car ça date un peu surtout dans les chambres.
Lit moyennement confortable .
Je ne retournerais pas pour le prix…

Super pour un séjour de quelques jours. Nous avons été à la piscine et nous l'avons trouvée froide,mais le spa nous a réchauffés.

Personnel très courtois, l’hôtel est très bien mais vieillissante ex dans notre chambre le rideau est déchiré, le tourbillon l’eau est chaude mais les jets ne fonctionne pas ou ´a peine… c’est très propre!!! On vous accueille avec un bon biscuit tout chaud… L’emplacement est dans un secteur industriel mais tu est à 10-15 min. D’auto de tout

Secteur tranquille, piscine extérieure n’existe plus, lits doubles! On réserve pour 3 et on a 2 serviettes.
