The carpet in the room was filthy and a dirty towel was left in the bathroom by the housekeeping staff. Very disappointing.

This does not match our standards for the hotel, and we will address these issues with our Maintenance and Housekeeping teams. A renovation is in the plans soon as well! Couch had a smell. Toilet paper holder was broke on one side. Floor behind bathroom door was dirty. Something dried on wall in bathroom. Overall was ok but definitely needs an update and cleaned better. View out the window was a roof with weeds

Best customer service
