This property was horrible. At first I went in. I didn’t have a microwave in the room and I ordered something that needed to be heated up so I had to go downstairs. I had no breakfast. The pool was still not working. There was blood in my bed, I slept down one side, and I brought the sheets down and then they said that I had a service dog, which I told You guys and they had me put my $100 deposit which say that make everybody do and they would not give me the hundred dollar deposit back I went into my Chime to ask them to get it back. They would not talk to me. They would not give me any legal document saying that I could not get it back for the chime or 4 your website your app they said why did you tell us you had a dog? I said it was on the Travelocity one. I didn’t know what you had to see. No one told me I had to say I had a service dog. Is there a dog can go on anything if she didn’t have her coat on, but it didn’t matter so they would not give it back because they said that there was blood in the bed. The blood was not from me. I don’t even have a period anymore. I’m menopausal and my dog slept on the floor and she’s fixed in her bed so basically they will not talk to me. They won’t answer the calls to me. They won’t give me anything. They are awful. I would never ever recommend them and I would like $100 back if you can do anything about this. This is ridiculous absolutely ridiculous
although they were under construction, the staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. It was a snowy weekend so they make access to extra towels to ensure the floors will try really appreciate that thank you guys.
This is a nice quiet hotel with friendly staff. We had two small problems with the room that they were more than willing to correct. We have no complaints
Smell really bad in the room first floor we were provided. It was right front of the pool. Couldn’t even breathe. Luckily we were able to have different room on second floor.
Don’t expect variety of food for free breakfast they have only waffle maker and apples. Juice or coffee maker was broke.
stayed for 3 nights, not once did they do the bed or clean the room. At least, clean or do the bed once during our stay.
breakfast is just practically toast and coffee. No hot breakfast. Will not stay here again.

There was no heat in our room the first night, the shower was cold.
The coffee machine in the breakfast broken, the elevator not working, pool not working, very cold in the building. The staff had their coats on. The bathroom needs remodeling.
The first I got first room I got put in the bed was broke the second room I got put in at that bit by a bedbug the third row I got put in roaches was jumping off the water and coming out there desk
Everything was very clean & it was SUPER quiet even with being close to the airport. My only complaint is to get some new curtains that aren’t stained & if you’re going to put a hold on the card for incidentals, inform your guests ahead of time not when the bill is paid
