TV didn’t work no elevator spiders dirty sheets. Price over than what was offered. We called hotel to have price corrected on 06/24/24 we were there for our nephew wedding. Expedia was canceled by hotel well that was what we were told. Then we were to put under wedding blocked rooms that were way cheaper then what we were charged. We are asking to have a refund for the overpay. We were charged $505 and the price under wedding was to be $89 before tax. My wife has Parkinson’s and needed an elevator and there isn’t one. Kaven would not move us said had no other room. Another nephew checked in Kaven asked Cain if he wouldn’t mind moving from the second down to the first so he did. We are not asking for a complete refund just the price difference. Cain and other family members say they were charged $89 We asked Kaven for a refund he yelled at us and was very rude. Said I needed Expedia to refund. We need help with this. This has put us in distress

Wedding Block Rate: Since your reservation was made through Expedia.com, we were unable to offer the wedding block rate directly. This is due to the commission fees we are required to pay to Expedia. Our front desk suggested canceling your Expedia reservation and rebooking directly with us to secure the wedding block rate. However, by the time this was suggested, the wedding block rooms had already been picked up, and the booking deadline had passed.Even after the deadline passed, we were still willing to offer you the wedding rate to ensure you had a great experience with us but you didn’t want to cancel the online reservation . 3. Housekeeping: Our housekeeping team changed your entire bedding set to ensure your satisfaction, even though there were no visible stains. This was done as a gesture to ensure you felt comfortable and well taken care of during your stay.4. Guest Interaction: We strive to provide exceptional service to all our guests. At no point did any of our staff yell at you. There may have been a misunderstanding during the interaction with the front desk, especially when your wife approached in a manner that could have been perceived as rude.I also want to highlight that our entire staff went above and beyond to make the stay memorable for the entire wedding group. All of them were very satisfied and happy, except for you. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your understanding. We always aim to accommodate our guests as best as we can.
