False advertising

Vrbo says pool open, vacasa app says it's closed, I contacted vacasa and they said it was closed. So I panicked and booked hotel stays, hours later a local vacasa said pool is open. I tried canceling the hotels and could only cancel one, so I lost 165.00 OUTSIDE: Pool pictures show a diving board, there is no diving board. Hot tub didn't work, heat, jets, control panel. Pool guys showed up un announed 2x drained it and reset it then left back gate open. Luckily my dog wasn't outside when they arrived, luckily my dog is trained and didn't leave the yard when gate was open A Duged hole in fencing, we covered it with a bucket. Pool so murky I couldn't see my feet so I couldn't let my kids play in it for safety reasons Seasaw seats had zero coverings and the covering falling off tripped my toddler into hurting himself Dog poop everywhere that's not my dogs. Human red puke in the green part of back yard that my toddler stepped in and dog ate part of Rotting animal by the tree covered shed Bbq and flat top grill so dirty and rusty we refused to cook on it, grill scrubber beyond filthy The shed looks like there is a sqatter living in it, I went looking for a line to tether my dog to because of the hole in the fence. Very small pieces of broken toys/garbage through out the backyard for my dog and toddlers to chew and choke on All three garbage bins (garbage, recycle, yard waste) over flowing with bags of garbage. Garbage men refused to pick it up

Slightly disappointing

We were really looking forward to this stay. There are pros and cons to this house. Pros: plenty of room for our group of 9 (4 adults, 5 kids). The pool and hot tub kept the kids well entertained. The interior of the house was clean upon arrival. Cons: there are 3 grills (2 propane and one charcoal I am assuming?) I cannot speak to the small charcoal grill as we did not use it but the flattop grill is completely rusted and unusable in my opinion. The other propane grill was fine and did the job for us. The yard is a mess - grass/plants are over grown, lots of weeds, broken chairs, an awning over the fire pit that should probably just be dumped. There were pool toys that were busted but still all around the pool. The pool had so many chemicals or possibly algae that our hair and swimsuits turned green. The garbage can for the property was completely full so we had no where to dump our trash during our stay. There was dog feces in the yard from before we arrived. It is a nice home just not well maintained unfortunately.

Pool vacay!

We take the kids and grandkids on a 5 day trip every summer. We get a VRBO. We like one that has a pool. This one was perfect! It got a little hot at night upstairs, I think the AC might turn off at night. But otherwise a perfect house. Thank you!

Not As Advertised!

The house was nice, spread out, lots of room. The game room was a kind of a joke, the Basketball machine electronics were broken, no darts for the dart board, no AC unless you left the house to garage door open, the room was used for about 30 min. Now let's get to the outside. Upon arrival, we walked outside and saw the lawn was not cut and burnt up, the weeds were taking over the walkway to the pool, so my wife ended up pulling weeds, some of the weeds are 3' tall in places. The pool was green with Algie, it was so green you could not see the bottom of the pool in the shallow end. I had to spend north of $150.00, and a few of our vacation days cleaning the pool good enough for the family to feel safe swimming in it. I had to go to the bottom and take the 15 small toys out of the drains, and clean all of the filters, there was even a dead bird that was in the skimmer stinking up the place. My family and I were pretty disappointed when we saw the pool. The pool is why you rent a place like this!! This property needs better maintenance and upkeep before I would rent it again!! I use VRBO, and other rental companies a lot over the cores of a given year and have never been this disappointed in a property, The good news is the next people that rent the place will have a clean pool to start there stay. While we're glad you thought our home was nice and enjoyed its spaciousness, we apologize for the issues that kept you from fully enjoying your stay. The garage does not have A/C and houses some games for entertainment and we're sorry if it did not match your expectations. Additionally, we apologize for the yard needing some TLC and our local manager assured us they are working with the homeowner to restore the yard to its beautiful state. Due to a miscommunication, the pool cleaning was missed and we are so sorry for the inconvenience this caused your party. Vacasa rental company “stay away”

The main reason for staying at this property was the pool……. The pool was filled with green mossy slime so we were unable to utilize the only reason we rented the property….

Just what we needed. A good house for families with dogs. Quiet friendly neighborhood. Everything worked, the beds were comfortable and it was a better fit and price than a hotel would have been.

Great plave for families. Hot tub was the best I've seen at a rental. Only draw back was no baking dishes and limited kitchen towels (obviously not a major deal).

It for our family and had everything we needed!! I was super bummed that the hot tub was not working properly because that was one reason I rented the house. We drove 6 hours, so I was really looking forward to that! Besides that, everything else was great.
