This ground floor, private suite is spacious (650 sqft), newly renovated, modern space with an open floor plan. It has a fully equipped kitchenette, 32” smart tv, private entrance with keyless entry, designated parking for one car in the driveway. There are lots of windows to let in natural light, room darkening curtains for privacy and late sleeps. The space is quiet and comfortable with everything you need for a business trip, getaway, or extended stay. The bus stop is just a few steps away.

Large picture window with a good view of the mountains; comfortable sofa, 2 cozy chairs, and an ottoman; long, counter height table/ desk near the picture window so you can sit and enjoy the view as you catch up with emails or enjoy your morning coffee; 32 inch Roku smart tv with plenty of free channels to choose, or access to premium channels with your subscription.

Kitchenette:
The kitchenette has everything you need. Here’s what you will find: Dining table with 4 chairs; microwave; large toaster oven; hotplate with stainless steel cookware: 5 qt dutch oven, fry pan with lid; full size refrigerator; Keurig Coffee bar; double sink with spray faucet; drain rack for dishes; 4 service plates, bowls, mugs, glasses, silverware; cooking utensils; 4 cutting knifes, veg peeler, corkscrew, grater, 2 cutting boards, ladle, spatula, mixing spoons, can opener, whisk, pot mitts, dish towels, cheese slicer, pizza cutter, measuring cups and spoons; mixing bowls, microwavable glass bowls with lids; colander; plastic wrap and aluminum foil; ice cube trays; condiments in the refrigerator.

Sleeping Area:
The sleeping area offers a firm King size bed with cozy blankets and quality cotton sheets; 2 king pillows and 2 queen pillows; extra blankets including an electric blanket; area rug near the bed to keep your feet warm; wardrobe with hangers; 3 drawer dresser for putting away clothes; and a full length mirror.

Bathroom
The beautiful bathroom has a lighted, custom shower with shower head and handheld shower wand; shower cubby with shampoo and body wash; vessel sink and vanity; large mirror with good lighting; towels and washcloths. The studio has its own 20 gallon water heater so you won’t have to share hot water with the main house.

Guest access
Entry code will be provided upon check-in. There is a designated parking space for one car with 2 parking spots available upon request for an additional guest
