Loved it! It was in a beautiful location with a beautiful view of the beach and the pier. Karen was so sweet and breakfast was excellent! Thanks, would definitely come back!!

We won’t bother searching for other places to stay, this was perfect.

We loved our stay at Beach Front Guest House.
Staff were friendly and helpful , room was lovely and clean, breakfast was fabulous and the area is walkable with lots to do. Parking pass is an added bonus.
Highly recommend.

Room clean staff helpful and polite stayed one night but would stay for longer if we need to visit Eastbourne in the future,
Had breakfast before we left food was freshly cooked. Hot couldn’t have asked for more
