Very cute
Publié le 10 juin 2024 sur HotelsLovely cute little hotel opposite the seaside. We had a lovely sea view room with great views. Room was big and spacious and lovely designed. Staff were very friendly as well. Great for a night or two, and close to the town centre and pier.

Beautiful room, service could be better
Publié le 4 mars 2024 sur HotelsThe hotel was recently renovated and we had a beautiful room with both bath and shower (room 6). The bed was super comfy and the view from the window was fab. With the windows up you can go to sleep listening to the sound of the sea.
The only downside was check in was very slow - due to weather everyone arrived at same time but more staff would really help, especially on a Saturday. We were left waiting for 45 minutes and a couple wanting to eat in the restaurant were unable to due to the waiting check in. I guess they're working on logistics and perhaps short staffed. The morning we were departing they got the rooms mixed up and inadvertantly walked in on us as we were getting ready to leave, which was a bit of a shock.

The family room is on the lower ground floor, which was not clear at all. The room was not very clean; there were stains on the chair and table. The soap appeared to be mixed with water or something similar.
