Lovely hotel, would recommend
Posted Mar. 25, 2024 on HotelsLovely stay at The Chatsworth, impressed by how the old building was moderinised without taking away from the authentic feel. Gated lift still fully operational, was a very nice touch. Nice gym and friendly staff who recommended a swim in the ocean after a workout - was lovely but shocking cold : )
The staff were fantastic, it's nice to see staff that actually care and not just there to do a job.

Everything about the hotel was amazing from the staff to the cleanliness of the whole hotel .
The room was spacious clean and the bed was so comfortable .
Breakfast was gorgeous

Dog friendly

Not a 5 Star. No air con, no minibar, no dressing gown, no sleepers, no shower cup, no chest of drawer to unpack, no coffe machine. Fan in a bath was very loud at night no able to turn it off. Balcony was dirty. Balcony door needs fixing. Stained furniture, stained rug. We had a kid with us, no towel or tea cup for her were provided. Views was amazing, very warm in the room, decor in lobby corridor’s beautiful but room super out dated

The hotel is gorgeous and clean. Our room was very spacious overlooking the ocean. The bathroom was huge, the tile floor was heated and there was a warming towel rack as well. We easily found parking across the street and were given a parking pass at check in (after purchasing the parking pass). The boutique hotel was so cozy we chose to stay in one night and order room service and just enjoy the ambiance. We would absolutely stay at the Chatsworth again.

Staff was friendly and efficient. Hotel is in a lovely location and the view was perfect. Room was big and comfortable, with high quality linens.
