Pour : la situation face a la mer
Contre : le petit dejeuner servis qu'a partir de 8h 30
Emplacement : belle vue ,mais loin des restaurants et du centre
chambre et salle d'eau tres petite,
confort de la salle d'eau mediocre

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Langtons. The room was comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do.
Would highly recommend.

Mark and his wife are wonderful hosts. The breakfast(s) that we had were excellent. We found the noise from the highway that fronted the property to be loud until late at night, after which it was very quiet. The property is close to the beach. Eastbourne is an interesting town with some beautiful views.

The hosts were friendly and welcoming. Our room was excellent and we enjoyed the view looking towards the sea We were given a variety of choice at breakfast , and the food was prepared to order and was tasty and hot. We would certainly look to stay at The Langtons when we are next in Eastbourne
