The staff couldn't be more pleasant and accomodating. The room was well turned out with sea views and very clean and precise. The breakfast was beautifully presented and delicious. Thank you!

A bottle of fizz had been left chilling in our room to help with our celebrations. Nothing was too much trouble and they booked a table at their favourite Italian restaurant for us.
Our room was clean and cosy and decorated to a high standard. A tasty breakfast with several options was available. We had a room with a view of the sea and the whole guesthouse was beautiful with original features.

Brid and Derek made feel us at home. The room was spotless. Cleanliness is better than any 5* we have stayed in.
Their care of each and every guest made everyine feel special. The breakfast was delicious and diverse. We will definitely stay there again. They have great coffee and a guest sitting room to relax.

The a location is very convenient for walking into town to enjoy a nice dinner and a walk by the beach. They do almost everything themselves. And when the owners are on top of their business as they are, they certainly give it all they've got.

Lovely stay at the New England
Posted Aug. 18, 2022 on HotelsWe have stayed in Eastbourne before but this is our first time at the New England and we would not stay anywhere else now. Our welcome from the hosts was so friendly. The whole place from our room to the dining room and lounge was spotless. Huge choice of breakfast menu and nothing was to much trouble. The seafront was across the road we could not have asked for more.
