Great location though parking sometimes difficult

Dear Theresa,Thank you for your kind review, we are pleased you found the hotel to your liking.Street parking does get a bit tricky on busy days in the summer but there is an NCP car park just a few minutes walk from the hotel, and you are always able to pull up in the loading bays in front of the hotel to unload luggage. I have loved that the staff were very polite and helpfull easpecially when they saw me struggling with the children.

Publié le 12 juin 2024 sur HotelsThe staff were very nice. The breakfast was good. However my wife & I have never experienced such uncomfortable beds. They need replacing. Also, a couple of comfortable chairs & a coffee table would have been nice. There was no where comfortable to sit

It was indeed a pleasure having you stay with us.We are sorry to hear the bed wasn't to your liking. The beds are all quite new and were updated with our recent refurbishment and we generally get a high comfort rating. As you had booked a family room, the additional space in the room allows for the pull-out on single bed to accommodate four guests. We therefore don't put in a lot of additional furniture since it would be cluttered with the desk, chair and swivel arm chair already in the room. Our staff would have however been happy to supply you with an additional armchair and any other furniture to make your stay comfortable had it been requested. We hope to welcome you back in the future and please do let us know if you have any additional requests - we would be happy to accommodate them.Kind regards,

Good value hotel
Publié le 1 juin 2024 sur HotelsGood location, right opposite the pier and excellent for the promenade / beach. Took about 15/20 mins to walk into town. S good selection of restaurants on Terminus Rd which was about 5 mins walk away. On street parking (via permits from the hotel) for £2.20 a day, which was very reasonable. Room was good, with sea views, and everything we needed. All in all a good value hotel, I’d stay here again if I came back to Eastbourne.
