Thank you. Our wi-fi is completely FREE, we don't require email or any personal details to use it, some equipment works best in the lounges, but most rooms benefit!

Propre et confortable pour le prix

Thank you, This is a Victorian conversion which means both rooms and en-suites vary in size, we set our prices to reflect this and don't forget if you have a preference on size or bath/shower you only need to ask!

Publié le 25 sept. 2024 sur HotelsAmazing staff, good food and service. Work in progress to redecorate the hotel. Room was very poor. Good bed and clean sheets but too small an en-suite and not clean. New owners working very hard to turn an old fashioned hotel into a place to stay.

Eastbourne out of season

Room needed a bit of minor attention /cosmetic work but this did not detract from overall enjoyment of stay. Slept like a log ! The refreshment facilities were excellent and even offered use of dining room out of hrs for our own use if we needed. Good choice of breakfast ,cooked and cereals etc. The hotel also had a lounge available which added to the overall space for our use. Great location 10mins from railway station and 5 from the beach. we would stay here again !

The room is spacious and set up perfectly for our family with two children. My youngest especially loves that there is a play area with toys she can use.

Amazing staff, nice building, great breakfast. Play area for small children, lounge for grown ups, on-site dog! Close to beach and sights.
Only negative is that parking is tricky with a big car, you'll have to squeeze through a 2 x 3 m opening to get into the car park
