Lounge in the hot tub beside a lighted waterfall pond, swing on the porch bed, meditate on Minister's Pond, or explore the Cape with kayaks, canoes, and ebikes. With two beautifully appointed bedrooms, spa amenities, and a cozy fire pit for gourmet s’mores, this peaceful hideaway is vacation perfection.


I respect the autonomy of my guests and can easily be reached by facetime, email, text, carrier pigeon, smoke signal, or yodeling. Communication with guests is important to us. Please be sure you have app notifications turned on for your phone as this will be our means of communicating with you before, during, and after your stay. Our digital guidebooks contain directions, instructions, and access information. It is your responsibility to review this information prior to arrival.

Centrally located in a quiet neighborhood on the oceanside. So close to everything that it is no wonder our guests rave about our location. We are the best place to call "home" while visiting the Cape.

The backyard is very large and has several flower cutting gardens but is still considered "shared" space even though you may never see anyone else. The dock is shared space if anyone else happens to be around as well.

This stylish, fully private retreat makes up the lower level of my home in Eastham. Built into the hillside directly on Minister’s Pond, it offers the kind of views and privacy you’d expect from a standalone escape. With its own entrance, dedicated parking, and two separate outdoor areas, it feels completely your own. One patio features a stunning, lighted lotus pond, cascading waterfalls, and a five-person hot tub for starlit soaks. The other is a covered porch outfitted with a hanging egg chair and a dreamy swinging daybed—ideal for slow mornings and impromptu naps. A nearby fire pit in the yard offers the perfect end to the day under the stars.

Inside, you’ll find curated spaces with spa-like touches: cozy fireplaces in both the living room and the master bedroom, luxurious bedding, and robes that practically insist you take your coffee slowly. You can relax knowing that everything’s been considered—from the thoughtful house guide filled with local gems to the stocked coffee and tea bar, and all the amenities that make a stay feel effortless. • We understand that plans may change, so we always recommend purchasing travel insurance for your vacation
• Airbnb Guest Fee Transparency – We believe in clear pricing. We only set two things: a fair nightly rate and a set cleaning fee (what our professional team charges to reset the home). Airbnb adds its own platform service fee on top of this and collects local taxes. These are not controlled or collected by us.


Look for the Guest Parking sign and the path to the entrance on the LEFT side of the house. The property is large and the Cape has few street lights so it takes a little more effort if arriving after dark. Let us know your arrival time ahead of time and we can make it easier for you.
