Cozy coastal Massachusetts living is on full display at this adorable Eastham cottage. Lined by trees and the brilliant blue sky, from the moment you pull up the drive, you'll feel at home. Upon entering, you'll immediately take notice of the cottage's warm wood furnishings, bright pops of blue, and modern appliances like a large smart TV. Follow the nautical charm into the well-equipped kitchen, presenting a pleasant space to play chef. When it's time to eat, gather in the light-filled sunroom with your favorite people.
Boasting plenty of storage space and cooled by ceiling fans and central air, the bedrooms are equally comfortable. A private washer/dryer, beach gear, and a collection of board games round out the interior perks.
Outside, when you aren't grilling, hop on the provided bikes and take a serene ride around the neighborhood. Less than 16 miles from your front door, visit the Nauset Lighthouse, Nickerson State Park, Cape Cod National Seashore, Cranberry Valley Golf Course, and the Payomet Performing Arts Center. A great mix of restaurants, shops, and beaches are also easily accessible from your stay.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
