Great time at the Cape
Publié le 15 août 2024 sur HomeAwayWe just returned from a week long vacation at Bayberry Trails and it was fantastic! The house is conveniently located to everything- bike trails, beaches, restaurants, mini golf, theater and more. The house is beautifully decorated, clean and has everything you need for a stay. Mel and Rich are wonderful hosts. So easy to communicate with, very responsive and great with recommendations! We have stayed at other houses at the Cape over the years and this is one we will surely come back to!

Wonderful Eastham Home
Publié le 3 août 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a wonderful week on the Cape staying in this lovely and comfortable home. The location was great- close to beaches and the Orleans restaurants and shops. We enjoyed our mornings in the sun room and really enjoyed coming back to the air conditioned house after a day at the bench! The kitchen was stocked with all supplies needed to make meals and the beds were comfortable too! Thanks for a great week!

Great place to stay!

The owners are so kind and very responsive! We had a great trip! I would recommend to anyone who likes to stay in Eastham, just need to know the area so you can find the way to get out on Rte 6 to take a left with the light!

Quiet and cozy place for your vacation

Great week on the Cape
Publié le 2 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe house is super nice and a great fit for our family of four. We loved the location as it's on a quiet street and away from some of the busier areas of the Cape but still really close to good beaches, playgrounds, restaurants, grocery store, shops, etc.
Mel was super easy to communicate with and accommodating to us. Would definitely recommend this house and could see ourselves staying here again in the future!

Absolutely Perfect!
Publié le 6 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayEverything from start to finish was perfect! The house itself was pristine and included everything anyone could want. The kitchen was well-stocked with essentials and a joy to work in. The living room and each of the three bedrooms had very large wall-mounted flat screen TVs! The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and very comfortable and had all the essentials, including extra towels and blankets. Our favorite room was the sunroom. It was comfortable and quiet, overlooking the private backyard.
Communication with our hosts, Mel & Rich was exceptional! We had a couple of minor questions and they always responded quickly and with such a great attitude. We never felt like we were bothering them.
The location of the house was in a nice, quiet neighborhood but close to restaurants, beaches and stores. We went to the Truro Vineyards and took an amazing tour with Art’s Dune Tours in P-town. We can personally recommend The Lost Dog (lunch), the Pearl (dinner) and the Rail (breakfast). Mel & Rich also left a great list of additional restaurants and attractions.
We couldn’t have asked for better hosts, a better house or a better stretch of weather! We’re already thinking of a late Spring return trip!

Nice quite get away on the Cape
