Eastland Best western

It was stinky . Water damage in the bathroom . Pillows and bedding looked dirty. Staff was very nice and helpful

Best place to stay in Eastland. Jamie was an amazing host. Very helpful, polite and friendly.

Best Western Stay

Stayed for one night and Amanda at the front desk was very nice. Our room on the 3rd floor was clean amd comfortable. There were crickets on the first floor but didn’t bother me. Our breakfast was good.

The best Best Western I’ve ever stayed in.

This was in my top 3 all time favorite hotel stays. The thing that stood out was the staff. The breakfast attendant each morning was phenomenally friendly and accommodating. They kept the area super clean as well. I front desk staff was always there greeting us and telling us goodbyes every time we passed through. I am super impressed with them.

Amanda at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful at all times. She even helped me look for my phone when I couldn't find it. Debbie in the dining room was also kind and helpful. They both went overboard with customer service in a good way. Thank you both for your kindness. That made all the difference!

Staff at counter and monitoring kitchen, remembered me from last stay 6 months ago. They were efficient, accommodating, professional and respectful. Room again, was clean, in good condition and comfortable. Parking lot was secure and well lit. As women traveling alone, the entire property felt safe.
