Strong humidity smell in the room. Super noisy (hum) neon light in the washer room's other than that, personal was really kind.

Room was bright and cheerful and tastefully decorated. The only thing I didn't like was the sticky floor underneath bare feet - I expect this is because of cleaning products but I really dislike feeling like I have to wear shoes all the time - why can't cleaning products be rinsed off?

I was disappointed with all the employees outside by parking area smoking, cigarette butts all over.
The room wasn’t vacuumed. There was a candy wrapper on the floor. The fridge door felt sticky, the water in tub and sick were slow. I asked for maintenance and very unfriendly woman at the front said he went home for the day, so I was given a plunger to plunge myself. The bed was very hard, pillows too soft.
Not the best hotel stay! Very disappointed!

We weren't told check out time and got yelled at by the front desk for still being in the room a few minutes after 11 am

The room smelled clean; as well as the elevator. Although I didn’t have breakfast one day, I appreciate the “to go bag” upon departure. The staff was also friendly.

My expectations were met and beyond. I would highly recommend this place without any reservations.
