Fix your elevator. Packed, busy hotel. Unacceptable wait for elevators.
Large group of teenagers hogging the pool when we went down with a coach giving us the stink eye for even coming in the door. This is a public hotel not a private high school facility for children to monopolize.

The lobby layout and breakfast areas were great. The view out the back is lovely - just a hill of grass. It was quiet. Very nice reception. Overall, excellent stay.
