Luxury abounds in this 2000 sf craftsman-style home, located just a 5 minute walk to town via a private foot path.
Pilots, you will love this home as it is just a 10 minute walk from Eastsound Airport.
A chef's kitchen, complete with stainless steel cookware, Hammer Stahl cutlery, gorgeous Steelite dishwware, coffee grinder for fresh local coffee, organic spices, olive oil, Vitamix, an Instapot, and Italian commercial gas range make cooking delicious meals a pleasure.
Furniture and mattresses by Restoration Hardware make for a comfortable night's sleep and bedding is perfectly matched. Please note, we have one small TV in the main floor living room. There is a covered outdoor porch to enjoy and high speed internet if you need to work remotely. The private hot tub is in a covered alcove in front of the garage door.
We feature local artists' work throughout the home, a beautiful gas fireplace. Wake up to the sound of song birds and enjoy the trees that surround the house.

Perfect Stay!
This was our first visit to the San Juans and I didn't really know what to expect. I decided on this home due to its proximity to Eastsound and the uncertainty of January weather along with off-season closures.The home was perfect for our stay--very comfortable, well-maintained, and nicely furnished. Plenty of room for us and our 3 adult kids. The location is great for exploring Orcas and not bad for getting to the ferry to other islands.We'd definitely stay here again and expect it would be even better in the summer!

Sweet little getaway
This is a beautiful and spacious home. We are a family of five just wanting a quiet getaway for Christmas. We enjoyed cooking together watching movies and playing games. Plenty of bird and squirrel watching. We did not venture out due to the weather this time of year so we can’t speak to the surrounding areas.

Wonderful place!
This property was exactly as advertised. The furnishings are lovely, and the place is very comfortable. It is within a short walking distance to the town of Eastsound, which has quite a few nice shops and restaurants. Communication from the property manager was always prompt. I would definitely stay here again on a return trip to Orcas Island.

An easy walk into the heart of Eastsound.
Our group of three adults thoroughly enjoyed the house's lovely open-plan living, dining, kitchen area with its convenient kitchen island, big round dining table, and a comfortable couch. The mattresses on our beds were also comfortable, but very high up from the floor. One of us was unable to climb into her bed until she found a stool in a bathroom. Small planes fly overhead during the day, but we didn't hear any after dusk. Just an easy walk into the heart of Eastsound.

Great island getaway
First off, it was our first trip to Orcas Island and we were blown away. Scenery is beautiful, food was fantastic (Buck Bay, Brown Bear Bakery and Matia, esp.) and the drive and hike in Moran Park were awesome. The house was lovely, clean, had all the kitchen items you need (although we didn’t cook😄). Checkin and checkout were very easy and Larry was very responsive the few times we contacted him. The complex was quiet and just a short, cute walk to the Main Street in town. Altogether a great experience and we would definitely stay here again. The only spot for improvement could be a little more seating in the living room, but overall the house was very comfortable. Highly recommend!

We were a group of four women, all good friends who needed a break from our professional responsibilities. Three of us are interior designers. We adored the house, the decor, the cleanliness. It was a super location, close to town and yet quiet. Photos do not do it justice; we will probably book it again next year as an annual tradition.

Property was great - clean and nicely put together. Property manager was quick to respond to few issues we had and did so professionally. We truly appreciated the quick reply and turnaround. Also really enjoyed the extra touch of leaving a package of local sourced coffee beans. We would stay here again.

Really nice place; clean and convenient to walk into town. Lots of rules, which I understand but it felt like I was paying a lot of money to feel like a teenager who doesn't know how to be respectful of other people's property, even before I've walked through the door. Beds are great if you enjoy a firm mattress. We very much enjoyed how quiet the place was at night, being able to listen to the frogs in the nearby wood whilst enjoying a wee dram in front of the fire was lovely. Larry was communicative and pleasant.

Beautiful property at a great location. We enjoyed being within walking distance of shops and restaurants and easily went back and forth to town multiple times during our stay. This was fortunate, as the living room doesn’t comfortably seat more than two people and the only TV didn’t have cable or satellite. Typically we wouldn’t spend lots of time on vacation watching TV but were disappointed when we couldn’t watch college football. The quick walk to town allowed us to watch at a local bar. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen and appliances, utensils, and cookware were fabulous. Despite the small inconvenience with the TV we would stay here again.
