Bird watchers, hikers, and water recreation enthusiasts alike will adore the cabin's close proximity to Lake Sinclair, numerous parks, and even some of Eatonton's historic sites. With direct lake access at your fingertips, make sure to utilize the provided kayaks for glides across the water or simply splash on the shoreline. Your afternoons on the lake are best paired with barbecued meals, prepared on the gas grill.

Walking inside, you will immediately feel at home amongst the cabin's rustic ambiance and modern amenities. The open living room is surrounded by warm wood finishes and consists of comfortable seating, a large TV, and of course, continued lake views. Steps from here, the well-equipped kitchen displays stainless steel appliances and granite countertops - making cooking a breeze.

Follow the cabin's effortless nautical decor into the main level en suite bedroom. Your own haven of peace, this room boasts private outdoor access and a sizable bathroom with a walk-in shower. A washer/dryer is also available on the cabin's main level. Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms, both full of light and adorned with soft linens.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

This Vacasa Guestworks vacation rental is operated and managed locally by an independent host.
Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.

Security camera details: 1 ring doorbell and one looking at the back of the house.




Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
