I did not get the room I reserved. The staff was dressed unprofessionally. One guys hair was out of control. The water pressure and temperature control was terrible. You can tell it had been Jerry rigged buy some hobby plumber. Holiday Inn should revoke their franchise for this place or completely overhaul it.

Room smelled of smoking, not ral bad, but noticeable. Would have asked for another room but heard another customer complaining after already having changed rooms for the same reason. Since windows don't open, no way toair out room.

Clean, convenient, and situated perfectly for our stopover to central Minnesota. It has a Super Target store right next door for any immediate needs and with a fairly new Costco in town, it provides an opportunity for cheap(er) gas.

Our room on the first floor wasn’t very clean. It had a funky smell and it was very humid in the room. Not sure if the air conditioning was working properly. The hallway didn’t smell good either. Floors were not cleaned well along the edges.

It was clean and quiet. We were just there to sleep. We would stay there again.
