I did not get the room I reserved. The staff was dressed unprofessionally. One guys hair was out of control. The water pressure and temperature control was terrible. You can tell it had been Jerry rigged buy some hobby plumber. Holiday Inn should revoke their franchise for this place or completely overhaul it.

We always stay here when we come to Eau Claire. Perfect location, staff is always welcoming and the beds are beyond comfortable!!! Plus, it's right off the highway and is surrounded by shopping and restaurants.

Noisy place if you’re trying to get a good sleep. Curtains are filthy in the room. Furniture is worn out and has tears in it

The front desk staff/bartender was helpful and friendly (I wouldn’t recommend the tap beer as it was flat!)
The room was clean but we discovered someone else’s food remnants under the a/c unit when we were looking for our lost keys.
We went down for a quick breakfast at 7 am since we needed to leave and they were out of food! The guy in the kitchen said he was working on making more but, we didn’t have time to wait so, no breakfast!
We couldn’t find anyone at or near front desk to check out so, we just left.

Property was quiet, attractive, clean, conveniently located for our trip. Easy check-in. Good hot breakfast, including pancakes made to order (by Popcake machine).
