Was traveling on a long journey to see family when winter weather conditions forced us to stop earlier than planned, so we quickly reserved a room at the Hampton in Eau Claire, WI. Hotel was very nice, clean, and employees were friendly. Breakfast bar was well stocked with nice variety of foods hot & cold

Nice place. Stayed x2 and will stay again.
Helpful and kind desk staff. Clean room with comfortable bed. Working and quiet refrigerator. Clean bathroom with nice shower. Full glass on the shower - for those traveling with other guests who may want to use the toilet or sink at the same time.

Staff needs to be better informed to deal with handicapped guests. We booked an accessible room with roll in shower and were put in a room where the bathroom doorway wasn't wide enough for the wheelchair, no shower seat (there was one bar in the shower), no bars by the toilet and the toilet was very low to the ground. We had to ask to be moved to an accessible room and ask for a shower seat.
