No handrail on staircase

It wasn't clean. There were brown stains on the walls, and the floor was sticky. The faucet sprayed water everywhere every time you used it. The beds weren't properly made either; they didn't provide enough pillows. I just felt so dirty sleeping there.

Desperatle needs maintenance. Shared my room with a large spider. Halls do not look clean. Desk clerk was nice.
