Bien mais piscine itérer devrait être chauffée. Propreté pourrait être mieux.

Good hotel, bad billing
Publié le 4 sept. 2024 sur HotelsHotel, pool, and breakfast were good. The issue came at checkout when the bill was more than what was quoted when i booked the room. Front desk played dumb and tried to say it was a tax when the base rate was higher. Told to take it up with hotels.com, they couldnt contact the hotel and no resolution. Eventually got a credit for the hassle from hotels.com.
Reading the reviews this seems to be a chronic problem and nobody will step in and fix it.

This is an out the way clean nice hotel. That has everything so you don’t need to actually drive around once checked in. A couple of good food options a bar if u need a few cocktails to unwind an indoor pool and hot tub. The rooms are reasonably priced and traveler friendly. Nice staff.

It was fine for our needs
Publié le 22 août 2024 sur HotelsIt was fine. AC was relatively quiet, a feature rarely found in a hotel room. Bathroom was large but we did have an accessible room due to a health reason. It was actually a very nice room. It was quiet in the hotel while we were there, so not a lot of noise. Bed was a bit hard on my back, but that happens to me from time to time. Pool and hot tub area was fantastic. Nice sized pool, warm. Hot tub was large. Breakfast was adequate. Breakfast room was clean. The property is out in the country, but it was nicely located for us since we went to a few different places around the area while there. There are a couple of restaurants on the property of you prefer to stay for dinner. Also attached is a Cenex gas station which has pizza, subs and other things you would find in a convenience store. Lots of parking.
