Dirty and ABSOLUTELY NO cell service
Publié le 15 août 2024 sur HomeAwayDirty sums it up. It felt as if the place had not been adequately cleaned after the last group to stay there. Dirty fridge with half used food still in it, hair in the shower, dried toothpaste in the sink bowl, bed sheets that did not smell cleaned - with one bed just not even touched after someone had been in it. Wet towels crammed under the sink cabinet was all there was to use after a shower.
No cell service and no land line as an alternative method of communication.
Cabin right off of a busy road. This would not be a location to stay for multiple days if bringing a child - you would not want them to be outside unsupervised for even a second with the busy road right there.

We had a great time during our visit. Kris was very responsive via text when we reached out. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. It would have been nice to have an outside seating area to relax. I do highly recommend this home should you just want to get away and relax in the woods!

Publié le 22 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayLots of sleeping areas, huge amount of DVDs and movies for the kids, very cozy place. Agree that there is no cell service, and also the nearest grocery store is at least 30 minutes away. Very close to Tahquamenon Falls.

Publié le 11 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayPlenty of room, nicely decorated. We missed the internet of course but had family game night. My daughter’s family had the upstairs to themselves. It’s about 30 miles to the falls or Whitefish point. Nice set up for young children, our grand daughters are older. we had the phone # if we needed anything.

Winter Stay
