Property owners seem upset and stand offish, almost inhospitable. Otherwise a great location and a great quiet place to stay.

I like that there were many options for parking and many options for the eating just right beside motel. I didnt like that there wasnt steps. It was hard to pack my luggage up the stairs as heavy as it was. For 160.00 you would think you would have an elevator. It like it was pretty basic for the price. For an individual cottage with State Resort Park resort, you would pay 213.00 total for two nights. Very nice. Although not all the bells and whistles, it still is an individual standing building. I dont have to fight the steps for my luggage. Not to mention you could hear alot through the walls and doors.

The bathroom hadn’t been swept/mopped. Hair and dirt all over the floor.

Good mattress on bed. Hallway noisy. Breakfast very limited-waffles, toast 2 cerals, coffee, apple juice and orange juice. Thats all
