We had a late check in and the staff were super helpful. Neat ‘ tidy, comfy bed and after a long day travelling, the shower was def a highlight.

Very friendly staff, good room, average architecture, good for a stopover, sad to see a lot of concrete and supermarket & carpark out the window. Would not recommend to take kids to this motel, okay for adults.

We were unable to stay here because they did not leave any check in information for us, and we nor Hotels.com could reach them (nor could the other travelers also trying to check in at the same time) The hotel is refusing to refund us, which is also frustrating.

Reception was closed before the posted hours ended. Had not received contactless instructions. Was not able to reach anybody by phone, email, or in-app messaging. Dumb luck? Found the person I needed to talk to behind the reception desk of another hotel. The room smelled of mildew or mold, which may have been emanating from the carpet that needs to be replaced.
