I love a Motel and this one was excellent. Lovely, helpful, friendly staff, clean room, great presentation. They obviously take pride in their property and care for their customers.

When I booked the room, it stated that both a restaurant and breakfast were available, neither of which turned out to be the case. While good meals were available nearby, it was still disappointing, since these were the main reasons I chose this motel as distinct from others in Eden. The room was quite small, but was clean and quiet.

Didn't like no cover on the doona and the doona was stained.
Being told to hurry up and check out at 10:00, then 5 mins later and 5 mins after that - yet no one around, let alone cleaners waiting to make up the room, what happened to making a customer feel welcome and important.

As we have Key box and intercom available outside the reception. You can drop the key in the Key box at the time of check out or call on the motel number by using intercom if Office is attendant.
