Full bathroom with stand up shower on the 1st floor. 2nd floor with 2 bedroom with queen size beds. A full bathroom and loft with day bed and trundle. Screened in porch with dining table couch and chairs. Manicured yard with outdoor shower. 2 miles to Edgartown downtown.

Great House-Close to Everything that Edgartown Has to Offer Without Being in the Thick of Things
This house is in a wonderful location! We frequented Chappy, Edgartown Ctr. , Katama, MoGlow and of course Coop's Bait and Tackle--all with ease. The layout of the house was perfect and the screened porch will make you want to go home and add one to your house if you don't already have one! We loved the quiet neighborhood feel to the street along with the inviting backyard lined with flowers. In addition, the owners were very generous to have bikes and beach chairs available for us.
