- This property sleeps 11 guests in 7 beds, with room for up to 13 guests total by using the seasonal pool house. The pool house is not available for guest use in the winter
- The portable crib and crib are available upon request
- Children must be supervised by the pool and dock at all times and wear appropriate floatation gear (not provided)
- The fireplace is not available for guest use
