Than you complain about room than also we offer room move but you refuse it. Its not the room issue but we refuse to refund it due to you use room for 3 hrs. Have a nice day

Sorry that we not make your stay enjoyable with us. You never mentioned any issue during your stay with us. We know that you didn't like our security deposit policy. But we inform you that its mentioned online already. We also inform you that we security deposit policy due to some people don't respect policies like non smoking etc.

it is not in a good area and as soon as you drove up to the hotel you had an idea that it may not be so nice just because of all the dead shrubery in pots. The front desk area was clean and the staff very nice but from there on the place was so dirty. Room smelled strongly of pee and their was hair on the floor and fingerprints everywhere. We had to leave. No way I could have slept there. They were very polite when I said we were leaving and since I booked thru expedia I needed to talk with them about refund. Ive been trying to reach expedia but only get a phone bot who had been no help.

Sorry to hear about issue you had it. We came to front desk and inform that we don't want to stay so our front desk offer you room move but you said that our plan is changed that's why our front desk agent inform you to contact Expedia due to its prepaid reservation and only they will refund you money. We already refund you security deposit right away as soon as you leave property.
