Stayed there for a week and there was no housekeeping, when I asked for it 3 times and was told “it’ll be done on a daily basis”, then I was told “it’ll be every other day” and lastly was told “it’s done by request only”, well, it was never done. Asked for fresh towels, never got them, asked for a extra laundry bag and was given a trash bag! There was roaches in the bedroom, nothing was done about it… definitely will never be staying there again.

I would like to thank you for taking the time to write something about your stay. What I would really want to know is what room you stayed in, because we have been cleaning the rooms everyday for all of our stay overs, the only way that we do not go to your room is if you have a do not disturb sign. Please call the property to speak to me Ana, and I would like to know what room you stayed in as this does not specify what room you stayed in.
