Excelllent stay from check in to check out.Service first class from all the staff and room cleanliness. Parking is across from hotel with CCTV

No heat, unresponsive staff. Windows were very old with gaps of cold air blowing in. Heater was broken and they did not repair it the 3 days we were there so we had a 50 degree room with blowing wind and rain coming in.

Beautiful impression as you enter. Staff were awesome. Terrific view of the golf course and people playing with their dogs. Very comfortable and relaxing.

Quality of foid very good but service poor

We felt the bathroom was very tired looking. Staff were young and no training done. Breakfast was very poor for the rating of the hotel and my husband ripped his T-shirt on chair at breakfast as it was damaged. Think the hotel dealt with our complaints wrongly.
